since I'm member of a group that is dedicated to BGS work and often found myself searching the internet for information about states, I created a google spreadsheet that holds three types of information for each state that is available in the game:
I hope this is of use to some of you! But note: This spreadsheet is not complete. You will find many cells to be filled with question marks. Any contributions are much appreciated!

- Actions that generate influence: Which kind of actions generates influence while the targeted faction is in the given state?
- Actions that lead to a state: Which kind of actions lead to a given state?
- Duration of a state: How long is a state in pending/recovering? What is it's minimal/maximal length?
