Engineers Bi-Wave Shields back in game where?

so after flying the Conda for 3 weeks, i sold it cause its to slugish for me. So i went back today to my lovley FDL. But i need a Bi-shield again. Cause you can not wait all the time for you shield to rep.... so you need to use shield cells. But you cant stay long in a High Rez cause you quickly run out of cells.
So if someone finds a Bi-Wave class 5 please share

Was the server-side update actually applied? They said it will be done shortly, so I thought it would be today. But npc modified weapons are still in-game so not so sure whether it has been done or not.
