Engineers Bi-weave reinforced and fast charge

Would that be a good combo?
The negative recharge from reinforced would be compensated by the fast charge?

Or is it better going Thermal resistant and accepting the kinetic negative resistance?

Go Thermal + Fast Charge. Reinforced is meant for prismatic mega-shields.

The said kinetic "negative" is, in fact, pretty negligible. One resistance-augmented booster (with super capacitors, which means less resists!) brings it back to 38%, while adding to all other resists. If you need shield strength, install super capacitors on all boosters, and install some heavy duty boosters (after having at least two resistance augmented ones).
