big lag untill 1.9

hello Frontier,

After you 1.9 update, big lost of framerate arrived on my zoos

I have make plenty of test and it's not a material or something else trouble, it come with the update.

please do something fast for correct this.

I'm a little shock frontier or planet zoo teams doesn't make any announce or message for all the report send about the trouble until the 1.9 .

only a few message will be good.

a big error of communication I think and it's so frustationg to stay in the fog witout answer or info
 
Why should they? Easter Holidays are off work for many people. And even a normal regular weekend will be off for most of them too.

I say that because during week end they have send element on social media, so they are not really disconected as you say (normal for a big devlopement group I think).
My message are not for blame it, it's just an interrogation and my way of think.
For me this type of communication is important. It's my point of view and only mine.
And as say i think it's not a good think for my way of think to don't communicate about a big trouble as this on and to don't even say a word about thant until a week.

Posts on social media can be timed (prepared in advance and then automatically posted without anyone working at the weekend).

It is an issue of course, but not one that everyone is experiencing, they probably need to collect some data before working on a fix (on what systems does it happen and so on). Plus I believe Frontier never works on Easter Holidays, so that are even fewer days to find the issue. I am sure they are trying to find and fix all the issues that emerged with the new patch/dlc, but expecting them to work on Holidays is a bit off imo.
 
I’ll say what I always say (whilst agreeing with what FoxyDee said): Have you logged it on the issue tracker? If so, it’s often worth including a link to it. If not, do it - that’s where to report issues.

and yes I have created 2 tickets :

one canceld because apparently not enought people touched by crash....

As above, it might help if you included a link so that anyone else experiencing the issue can add to the ticket.
