So I've had a mission to deliver an illegal black box to Volk Hub. I did everything, I have the black box, came to the right spot, smuggled it. What for? I don't have the option to complete the mission. No, my mission is not failed, it's active. Help?

Did you pick up enough black boxes? They often want several - what does the mission show in the contacts tab?

You problem is not that big.
I know it's not big problem but I'm frustrated because got through all troubles for nothing. It says Additional: 1/2 Insufficient. But isn't that for an additional reward?

Sounds like the requirement to fulfil the mission is two black boxes, not one.

If conditions are red (as that one is) then no. The mission will also not have changed it's text to say that you need to hand it in. Lots of clues if you read the mission info.
You should probably make use of the GARD discord for questions like this - discord is great for simple stuff.
