Big Problems With Capital Ship War Zones

I've been participating in a lot of cap ship war zones recently. Jolly good fun.
However, after many hours helping the feds toast the independent rebels there seems to be a few major recurring issues I have come across now.

1. Capital Ship Squashes Me
I exit SC and there is never a cap ship when I enter. After about 5 seconds I get the "Cap Ship Sig Detected" msg. Nothing on my scanner to show it...then WHACK! The damn thing ploughs right up my bottom. Not fun if you go boom!

2. Capital Ship Weapons Are Just Poo...REALLY POO!
If I attack and Asp or Python I can do about 20-50% shield and hull damage with a full weapons energy bank using two class 3 pulse lasers.
The capital ship is nailing the target and I mean NAILING! yet the shields and hull drop very slowly compared to my little basic weapons.
I decided to go and sit right in front of the capital ship weapons...they shot me point blank if the face, self inflicted friendly fire. My shields flickers a little but it would have taken minutes to deplete them. The damage these cap ship weapons do is VERY small!!! The weapons are also small, not much bigger than my Cobra class 3 ones.

3. Playing In Warzones For Too Long Equals Almost 100% Chance Of Being Destroyed
In the last week I have blown up in warzones, no from fire, but from some NPC clown cutting across my bow.
No time to react, no time to move, "DAMN"...BOOM!
From this weeks experience this happens 100% of the time for every 30mins or so in a warzone, maybe even less.
I have lost count of the number of times this has happened to me...twice this morning in 20 minutes.
Thankfully I don't have any expensive rebuy options so I can afford to go BOOM! lots.
I don't think I'd be taking an expensive kitted out ship to a warzone unless I was a multi billionaire.

To address the first point, I would point out the cap ship will appear exactly at the nav point. Keep some distance from it to avoid collosion.

The nav point...hmmmm...thought they were targeting my rear end!
The worm hole exist needs, imo, to show on the scanner.
