Big request to fix 4 terrible problems

Dear developers! I immediately apologize for the translation via translate, because I'm from Russia and I don't speak English well.
Big request to fix 4 terrible problems:
1) When you come out of the orbital mode when landing on the planet, there is a frieze or a long supposedly loading. It turns out that the picture does not go smoothly, but as if the planet (location) is being loaded, which is very confusing atmospheric.
2) When you landed your ship, a couple of NPC infantrymen can easily demolish shields or destroy your ship, although explain how you can demolish the shields of a spaceship with a rifle, whose shields are designed for space combat.
3) When performing a mission, for example, collecting things at the crash site, a ship always arrives and throws off the landing party. And the most important thing is that when you try to attack him with a Scorpion TRP, on which a plasma machine gun and a rocket launcher are installed, he does not receive damage and it is impossible to shoot him down, but at the same time in the above-mentioned point 2, an ordinary infantryman knocks down your shields at once.
It turns out that this ship cannot be shot down, the lighthouse at the crash site cannot be turned off so that the second batch of infantry does not arrive. Even for an attack on this ship, a fine is charged - this is generally nonsense.
4) The TRP gets stuck in an enemy infantryman or in objects, the jump does not always help.
Please take into account all the points and pass them on to the developers.

Do you mean the screen pause when your ship switches from orbital to glide mode on descent? This only lasts a second or two for me, if yours takes a long time this could be hardware related?

The First one has always been a thing afaik - I tend to view that as a server (sub?)session switch - it also happens when you enter/leave supercruise in space (IE: going to a station or waypoint). Like it or not - totally normal - and its only a few seconds usually or less.

If it's taking too long - it generally means you have a network problem or a hardware problem.

The rest I can't speak too.

1) is a thing that won't change. It has to be like it is, since there will never be a smooth and instant transition between instances (SC->planetary, vice versa, etc)
2, 3) with regards to hand weapons and ships, I agree. In my opinion, only the rocket launcher and the Scorpion weapons should be able to put a scratch in ships shields. Handheld weapons should get a 500% penalty on shooting at ships (disregarding the rocket launcher), and the Scorpion weapons and rocket launcher should get a large bonus.
4) Not sure what is meant here

The (scorpion) SRV gets stuck on things a little bit too often, and it does need fixing as not even relogging changes that.
-while the "Stuck Recovery" is a good option, having to restart a mission bc the SRV is suddenly glued to a crate is untenable.
This one I know ☹️

It's directly impacted by network. When I used a mobile connection for a time, this delay was as long as 10s. Now, I'm on a faster connection but not super fast (living in the country) and it's maybe 1 or 2.

Not that long ago I was on a cable connection and it was almost instant.

I'm sure pc performance is also a part of it but I doubt someone in Russia is going to have low latency to wherever FD houses their servers. It'll most likely be that. While the game does use p2p for player networking, almost everything we do requires interaction with FD servers for transactions and instance loading is one of those things.
