Kinect: Disneyland Adventures Big Thunder Mountain

This is probably the most frustrating attraction. I don't know what I'm doing wrong. I've got my arms widely extended to catch the coins and throw the switches. I've leaned left and leaned right. There are parts that no matter what I do, I can't grab the coins or throw the switches. I see them. I reach for them. I can't get them. This is the only attraction so far where I've struggled to get a silver medal, let alone gold or platinum. I don't know what to do. :S Any advice would be appreciated.

You need to actually lean to get the items to the side. Youcan only grab from one side or the other at the same time. If you get hit by a cactus then you'll lose points. For high items you need to jump to grab them.
