Bigger ships.. wanted? How to pay off?!

Well, not yet in a LT7 or bigger.... but last night a had a concern about the WANTED status.... on my ASP! So I docked to an outpost.... there where shivers came over my neck, was when I suddenly sought: "holy patatoe, what happened if I were on a bigger ship, and couldn't pay off the fine/bounty because I can't dock into station w/o the risk to get shot?!"

So, is there a way? Are there outposts with bigger pads?!

You just need to find a station where you are now wanted. There are also independent systems you can go to.

As far as I know there are no outposts with large pads. It's possible to just boost into the station even if you get shot a bit, especially with shield cell banks.

You can fit some heat sink launchers, go silent after your docking request and sneak in that way.

As an extreme you could always self destruct which I believe will clear a bounty at the cost of the insurance.
