The engineer Bill Turner needs help to get the Turner Class ship flying in the black again.

1) Resources to get Argent Aerodynamics Amalgamated Inc (AAAI) shipyards up and running again.
2) Find the lost ship design schematics.
3) Improve the ship design
4) Maybe get Ram Tah's help to include some Guardian tech. (Strong light hull)
5) Test pilots
6) End result a new Turner Class blueprint to unlock the ship at the tech broker.
