Ok so I have one coaster doors just before my ride starts and I have an image displayed on doors, when the coaster starts the doors open perfectly fine with the image on but as soon as the door closes the bird automatically turns itself off and I have to manually turn the billboard back on again. Is there something I’m not doing right because all I want is the doors to close and the image to still be there.

I don't think there is anything wrong here and you are doing nothing wrong either.
I guess you use a trigger for it to open. So when stationary, it's turned off. When it triggers, the image will play and the doors will open. But after that it will be going back into an off-state, and therefore not showing the image.
yeah exactly I don't understand it i thought the new open the door for a few seconds then option would fix it but still the image disappears
