Bins, benches etc

Does anyone know why the bins, benches, ATMs etc aren't included with the multi-select tool and have to be selected and deleted one by one? There's a fair few threads complaining / moaning about this but no answer as to why it's the case.

Because they're connected to the path and cannot be advanced-moved with the gizmo or moved in conjunction with other pieces, because they snap to paths. But I agree that it's annoying as all get out if for nothing else but to delete them. Idk why they couldn't just disable certain options in the multiselect panel like we know they're able to do

Yeah, I guess it has something to do with the fact that they're path props and can only be placed on those as well. When you'd add them to blueprints or move them via multi select that wouldn't work anymore and could cause problems. At least that's why I think it is.

Doesn't mean we don't need a multi delete tool for those as well, though because we really really do. JWE2 has this cool multi delete feature where you can even select all the different types of buildings etc. that it's supposed to get rid of and what not. Why can't we have that in PZ as well? It'd be so damn useful and save us a lot of tedious clicking.

I wish there were a way to make a color selection for a particular bin design permanent, at least for a given play session. I've been using those blue barrel bins and changing their color to match the zoo's scheme, and it sucks having to do every single one every single time I place a bunch. I vaguely remember being able to do that in the past, but it always resets to the default color now.

I wish there were a way to make a color selection for a particular bin design permanent, at least for a given play session. I've been using those blue barrel bins and changing their color to match the zoo's scheme, and it sucks having to do every single one every single time I place a bunch. I vaguely remember being able to do that in the past, but it always resets to the default color now.

You can set the color/s before you place them at the bottom right corner, where all the toggles are. It's at the very very bottom. Sometimes it disappears (also a common bug) but deselecting and reselecting the thing you wanna place usually fixes it.

I just copy and paste an existing one.
