Biological sample = pink viper error. Anyone else?

I had never seen it before and I have been doing almost nothing but sampling for ages, note I managed to get the last two samples for the bio I started yesterday the last only seconds before I walked over to the next plant and started to get the errors.
So who knows.

Been running perfectly for 4 hours today and it has just started crashing at a similar point to everyone else
Switched to Alt AC and that is crashing on a package delivery mission - Im thinking the servers are borked

Almost exactly the same scenario for me.
Sounds like server problems to me.

Only logged in 1 hour ago to continue my Bio scanning and getting Pink Viper a first time for me.
Added to the list with the rest of the Error reports.

I also just got this issue. Pink Viper when trying to scan and then it kicked me to menu..Worked fine a few days ago...

Me and a friended commander exprience the pink viper after an exo bio scan too. We had even other issues with the frontier servers days before where any single server connection took quite long to proceed or vista genomics did not see the existing data to hand in.

As I think this must be a server issue, I'm nippping back to the fonticula amethyst planet and waiting for the fix, its a new one for me..
