General / Off-Topic BIOS not recognising Primary SATA Drive

Hi,

I have Windows 10 and a ASUS H97-Plus motherboard and a Kingston HDD. Computer was fine last night, but turning it on this morning it gave me an 'Operating System not found' message. I went into the BIOS and the hard drive is listed in the Boot Menu and I can select it in there and it boots to Windows, but it's not listed on the Boot Priority menu (where you can drag the order of the drives to select). So at present Ive got to go int BIOS and select it manually to get it to boot up.

I've run a HDD check via the official Kingston software and it's showing as healthy. Ive changed the SATA ports over and that makes no difference either.

Anyone any idea how I can fix this? I've seen a few suggestions and thought about flashing my BIOS but I have a habit of breaking things badly when trying to fix them, so would like some advise first :)
