Apparently, that large building in the trailer is a dinosaur sanctuary built by Biosyn, but we know it’s something more sinister. Anyway, here’s this promotional size chart.

About the Dominion update/DLC

Is it it going to be an update like the Fallen Kingdom update for the the first game? Or a DLC like the Camp Cretaceous Dinosaur Pack we just got? Also, given that a lot of the movie seems to be about going for a classic JP aesthetic, I really hope whatever new buildings, decorations, etc are...

It's hard to tell if any of the listed dinos above, including the Giganotosaurus, are Biosyn created, because it's stated that Biosyn has been collecting dinos through government contracts as a shadow organization they are implied to be for this "sanctuary" they self-proclaim to be for pharmaceutical things, but is hinted to be something darker. They could've very well made their own dinos, but nobody knows yet.

In the end, one major subplot in the entire trilogy has going is exploiting the dinosaurs for cash $$$, each case done in a respective way. For the bad guys' side, it's about exploiting them for cooperate greed through unethical means for both people and the animals themselves such as, but not limited to, military and entertainment. So, who knows what Biosyn up to for these poor things, including Beta the raptor as she is listed in the magnet artwork image above, and who she was most definitely capture by.
