The Federal Reserve probably owns the printers and pumping out credits like they do US dollars.

Because the commodities are generated, not supplied, there is no inflation, so the credits are infinite.

The credits are not physical, it's not like we are trading gold here it's credits an electronic currency as such there is no potential limit....

....... theoretically say someone has 9 trillion credits in the Zaonce banks they will keep getting interests regardless of how many credits floating around, it's not like the bank will say OH well no more interest for you because there's none left....you must wait till there's some available.
