Black Friday "Midnight" Skins

I couldn't find this information in the "Black Friday Sale" mail or in the Frontier Store, but when will the "Midnight" skins be available? Will they be released with Horizons / 1.5? Or will they be available earlier?

Horizons launch.. according to the store (somewhere in that black box). There is something somewhere in these threads, can't find it now.
