Got the MNB paint for my T10 last year also and remember it was a bit cheaper compared to the rest. It's ok but I hardly ever use it since I have the Galvanised pack for it also.
This year you can only buy them with special 'Golden ARX' ; which can only be purchased not earned ...

The Midnight paints that were given for free were on Horizons pre-order, but that offer only extended to ships actually in the game at the time.
The T-10 was not around then. Any Midnight skins for ships that were introduced any point after Horizons release had to be purchased, including by those who got the initial batch for free.
You say it like everyone should know and we are idiots for asking about it.

Pretty sure you only get the original Black Friday paint jobs for the LEP. Any new ones that are released you would have to buy separately. I’m sure someone can correct me if I am wrong.eeeer
