The Small Magellanic Cloud is outside our galaxy, as it is a small galaxy itself.
However, if you want to highlight the phenomenon compared to the Stellar Forge results, I don't remember seeing a red giant accompanied by a black hole or white dwarf, but I expect it to be possible. The request to add accretions disks to the game is not new either.
