Black Hole-only system: Help?

A while back I read a thread where someone found a system with only a black hole in it (i.e no other stars); made all the bodies in the system map look black too.

My google-fu is weak, anyone able to help out where (a system like this) is?

Not being funny, but they are everywhere.

Thanks, I'm no explorer and my reasons for finding a system like that aren't for exploration either

This is how I was knocked down from 100% hull integrity on the DWE. It was a very small green nebula with a black hole and some planets. I was in supercruise by some rings of a black gas giant and as I moved away I got too close to the rings which were large invisible.
