Black holes that have a glowing halo on the galaxy map?

I found one of those awhile ago, a black hole with a glowing halo emanating from it on the galaxy map. Despite throttling down during the jump, the black hole started lenses immediately after the jump and started dragging me into the body exclusion zone fast, and I pulled the nose of the ship up before getting pulled into the body exclusion zone. With every other black hole I'd visited, it gradually starts lensing and you safely hit the body exclusion zone.

And today I found another glowing black hole, and it said it was a class H star. When I got there it was a black hole with a tightly orbiting class-A binary star.

What does it mean when there are glowing black holes on the galaxy map?

Well it really 'depends' if it is in the process of swallowing something, yes, if its between lunches? nope.

That said they 'should' have something generally, and I believe it is frontier's wish, to add it, but adding it is not exactly easy, mostly I'd say because of the extremely slow movement that compared to human timeline these things happen at.

The glow simply indicates a particularly massive primary star/BH. Or shiny. Haven't really dug further.
