Black market in Tarach Tor, Tranquillity - gone?

Heading to sell some less-than-legal goods to the best known to me High Tech, Anarchy system, I noticed that the station "Tranquillity" suddenly lacked a black market which it had before. Have any other businessmen-with-less-than-morally-acceptable-business-methods noticed any black markets disappear lately? Tarach Tor was never affected by Powerplay.

Are there any possibilites of the black market being removed due to reasons unknown to me?

Even with the remote possibility of it actually having been controlled in the past, it is not at the moment. The closest power is Li Yong-Rui who generally doesn't remove black markets (see Wolf 1301, black market still there despite rare good being blocked by power).

The controlling faction is still "Nationalists of Tarach Tor" under which the station had a black market (thrudd's tool has outdated data, where the black market is still checked).
