Black Market Location Advice

I don't know if its just Empire space but I can't find a black market for love nor money.

I'm operating out of Sorbago and travelled most of the surrounding systems with absolutely no luck!

Got 6T of gold and 1T of semiconductor I need to get rid of, any one in the region advise of black market systems and ports?

Sitting mostly in alliance space and i have plenty of black markets available.
Could be a faction wide availability .

Look for a system with an "anarchy" faction and you should find that at least one of the stations has a black market. (May work for fedual as well).
