Black market not buying my gear

So I acquired some explosives floating around Freeport.
When I try offloading them on Freeport's blackmarket they won' t buy.

Is it because my gear is too hot? or does it depend which blackmarket I offload to? Where can I unload my gear?

You didn't make a post earlier on Reddit about this, did you? If not, then there might be a bug floating around with the black market, as it was a similar problem.

Didn't realize that the economy in general has dropped. Is it a game wide bug, or is the Fed-Eranin thing messing with merchants' minds?

I had the same thing with gold earlier at Freeport today. Picked up 10 tons of gold in an USS. When arriving at Freeport I went to the Black market and tried to sell it. It didnt show up. But after reentering the black market it suddenly popped up and I could sell it. I think it was lagg which caused it. Many players at Freeport, in the end it just freezed when trying to SC out from Freeport. Dont dump the cargo just try and wait a bit and reenter the black market. Then its ok I suppose.

Also try save and quit and reload, worked for me before.
