Is there a way to check what money will we get for black market items sold to stations? I recently bought battle weapons for 6k (almost 1k cheaper than galactic avarage), but once I went to a system that had a black market in contacts, they offered me even less than for what I bought it. Is there any mechanics / logic to black market trading?

Congratulations, you bought the worse item you can ever buy for smuggling. In my visits across space I have encountered the grand total of ONE black market that would actually have some demand for battle weapons.
That said there is some logic to it, and it is the same logic as trading (unfortunately since this means profits are the same). For example agricultural stations will buy slaves and personal weapons (not battle weapons though - farmers just like shotguns not tanks). Industrial stations usually like tobacco and etc. I just haven't found the type of station that wants battle weapons yet. You may try going to systems that are currently in a state of "civil war" although last time I tried I didn't see it improve but maybe it has been fixed since then.
