Black Markets

Are we going to be able to buy from Black Markets? and if not, does anyone know why.
Not used one in quite some time.

It'd make more sense if you could. The whole point of a black market is being able to buy and sell questionable materials.

I was under the impression that you could not buy or sell anything on the black market --- was not mentioned in the manual at all ???

Currently you can only sell goods marked as illicit within that system.

How do you go out to the center of the galaxy or just past the explored part ? Is there some places to go to ? that buy or sell in the black market ? I am doing something wrong ?

Under "Contacts" in stations. But not all stations have one.
