Black monitor and windows color settings message since 1.4

Anyone else have a black main display (game OK in the rift) and occasional notifications from windows about changing color settings following 1.4 update? This occurred once when I first installed the cqc stress test but is reoccuring repeatedly in the installed full 1.4. I miss having the PC monitor live for keeping trade info and notes displayed to peek out at.

Exactly the same than you. Now my main monitor stay black (nearly black, it's look like a very dark blue for me, like turned ON without any signal which is pure smurf blue usually on my monitor when no HDMI is detected) and I have this stupid and annoying Windows message each time which grab the game focus (so I have to alt-tab to return in game) about keeping current colors or downgrading them. Even clicking on "Shut your mouth and don't come again" choice have no effect

I've had the same problem pre 1.4 and post 1.4 after a clean install of win7 and yep the flipping thing keeps coming back whatever I try.

I did this but it still keeps popping up.....

It only happens sometimes, this started since the 1.4 Beta. I've found killing off the launcher returns things to normal
