Horizons black screen with outlines when entering ship

I have not found this issue, so im posting it. it seems everyone elses black screen issue is happening after they enter the game from launcher? this happens to me when I enter by ship after pressing play- solos play- (or any other play for that matter)

im running a 980 with updated drivers
tried reinstalling
tried resetting graphic options
tried launching from steam and the EDlaunch.exe

tried everything I could think of, any suggestions?

borderless, however i have replicated this issue in dedicated fullscreen

When I encounter graphical issues, I delete GraphicConfiguration.xml and then enable the file validation from launcher options. Worked every time, so far.

thank you for the advice, but I deleted them all (multiple locations) and validated- same issue

Time to bring it up in bugs forums, I guess.

Yeah so I think it has something to do with my location in the galaxy- i was out exploring. because I just launched CQC and that works fine :/
