How or why this isnt the case, is beyond me. If I pirate cargo, I should be able to sell it in archon space for reinforcement merits or acquisition merits or both. (Both preferred)
We get these nice hauling CGs where some form of piracy actually can take place, and then I get the cargo, and I can't contribute to the pirate king with it? Insane.
