Engineers Blackmarkets? Broken or I am doing something wrong

I recently gathered some goods from a planet surface totaling 6 tonnes including 1 tonne of nerve agents. I have since been to two black markets in systems when Nerve Agents are prohibited, I have the illicit goods logo on my dashboard but am unable to sell the nerve agents in the black market as it is saying I have nothing illegal to sell.


Bug or am I dumb?

They are however ok to sell in commodities market :/

Check that they're illegal at the station you've landed at - sometimes things are illegal for the controlling faction so it shows as illicit on the HUD, but not for another faction whose station you've docked at...

If they're listed on the commodities market they're not illegal at that station.

Ahh so I was being dumb, maybe. The second station it was not listed as being illicit cargo until after I exited to the station in normal space and was showing as illicit cargo when docked. The controlling faction in that case was Fed so I doubt that nerve agents were legal at that particular station.

As a fix to move on without risk of scanning I opted to sell on open market but will be far more observant of the station peculiarities in the future
