Interchangeable exterior main engines. Now the idea back then was more like buying a different module would also change the look of the thrusters, but I think at this point it would be more viable to make this a purely cosmetic option, similar to ship kits.
Because, you know, look at this:

There's two circular engines embedded in a rectangular piece that looks very suspiciously like one of those bits that could theoretically swapped out for a different style. And, truth be told, I always found it a bit odd that the Python has these two pairs of circular thrusters, when the other Faulcon DeLacy ships have more rectangular(ish) designs. I'd love to have these piece each be one massive rectangular thruster, a bit like on the Anaconda.
