Engineers Ships block in improving fsd on asp explorer

hello, I'm stuck in improving the fsd on asp explorer
to improve to level 5 it tells me to finish improvement level 4 or improve the notoriety of the engineer
I already have all the plans pinned because I have already improved the fsd of the T9 to grade 5 with the engineer
I did not put an experimental effect I went to the engineer but this remains blocked
anyone know how to resolve the situation

There are other things than just leveling up to G4 that determines whether you can do G5 with a particular engineer, I can't tell which engineer this is but if it's a different engineer to the one to where you engineered your T9 FSD you might need to engineer some more low level stuff to build up your reptuation with this particular engineer.

You don't get progress with an engineer using remote engineering. Always do your engineering at the engineer's base until you max their rep. You will have to find another FSD to work on to do this.

hello this is felicity farseer and i improved the t9 also at her place
I also went directly to the engineer but this does not change anything
