Blood + Damage Flash Filter [EDO]

Please please make it so there is an option to filter out the blood and damage flash in this game! This would be awesome for us players who are interested in having more child-friendly games.

Yet i'm not sure i've seen gore or blood. Unless you mean Blood Test Results

Edit: must be related to the fact that one can run over the other people and NPC in the SRV or a ship, shoot them in the face or electrocute them

There is blood, just subtle. When someone's shield turns off, there is blood spray, and there is a blood damage flash as well. It would be nice to have the option to turn this off, especially since it would be easy to create such a filter.
