Bloom seems to be non functional, is this why the UI seems darker than normal?

There is something weird going on with Bloom, it seems to not working on ships for decals, paint jobs, heat elements etc. but on the other hand there is an exagerated bloom/glow on the stations and from far away they look like a christmas tree. Top Pic is from Horizons and the bottom one from Odyssey made couple of minutes ago.

That's what I am seeing, emissive textures not glowing. The lighting on the station though does not seem out of the ordinary to me and is probably a side effect of lighting changes.

The Coriolis Station has definetly an oversized Glow problem and in my opinion it has nothing to do with the scene lighting because the "dark" side of the station is also affected. It looks like the glow from the lights on the station has a constant size independent from the distance to the station. If it's very close it looks ok but if you increase the distance the glow is getting bigger and all glows merge togehther building a big blurry blob.

One is a light-emitter, the other is a texture reacting to light exposure.
I really disliked how lights, especially on ships, glowed in Horizons, but in Odyssey they doesn't even seem to emit light. Something inbetween would be great.
And reflecting light on planets and stations and such is much too extreme in Odyssey in my opinion.
