Blow up for no reason in a station? I think I know why.....

Ok. I've blown up a couple of times often when no-one seemed to be around then suddenly pow... a collision out of nowhere or I don't even see it and I'm splattered all over the place.

I was docking at Lave with a full load of rare's when all of a sudden I noticed a cobra going at some serious speed ACCROSS my path in the station from one wall THROUGH the other wall. If he had hit me it would have been another 'collision' for me to suffer and another mill of credits down.

I'm almost certain it was an NPC and he literally flew (Boosting) THROUGH the station. He didn't explode when he hit the other side and just dissapeared through the wall.

I lost my ship when the landing pad was retracting/turning back. Thats what you get when you don't leave the pad

Really, I thought all ships on the pad were invulnerable. All the one's I attacked in the past seemed to be? Was this a collision?
