I've done 4-5 missions and i'm still stuck in Neutral for reputation. This is for Liz Ryder.

I am allied with them and still didn't get the invitation yet...

Weird I get see invitation mission but can't select it because my reputation is not high enough. No matter how many missions I do.

If missions aren't working for you. Try selling high profit commodities to a station that the Blue Mafia control. Exploration data works well too.
