Horizons Blue Mission USS without Mission

I am getting Blue USS & "Miossion critical" messages although I have NO current missions...

Not sure idf there is any relevance but included just in case:
In addition to earlier having a strange Shelter Area target appear 3000 ls away (I was planetside with SRV at the time) that disappeared entirely once I activated FSD from within ship -

I had that once, some time ago. I submitted a bug report here.

You might want to post your experience, although it has only happened the one time for me.
