Newcomer / Intro Blue Travel Commodities

I recently saw in my transactions i have a 21k bounty in blue travel commodities and i have no idea where it came from but I also have no idea where to turn it in... How do I find out how to turn it in?

thank you... I did do a google search and found a thread in this forum but it didn't answer my question and to be honest everytime I ask a question in this forum I get a better answer and get it quicker than doing the google search. This is a great community! I appreciate all of the help
