Blueprint saving fails

Hello, I have problems saving my blueprint and wanted to ask if others have that too.

And how long does a Frontier response take? (Submitted my save status there last week)

I wanted to save my site as an enclosure.
The area is 283760 m², I hardly have any objects in the blueprint ... maybe 20 pieces. I have also tried to divide the blueprint into 3 parts.

Every time the game crashes when saving.

So far, only one blueprint has made it, the rear of the kite, with any other, I can restart the game. I closed all programs and I also had the graphics set to low. Always the same result.

How big were your biggest blueprints and if it worked, did you often have the problem that the terrain is not fully reproduced?

My PC:
i7-4770
16Gb Ram
Nvidia Geforce GTX 970

Pretty common problem although lately I haven’t experienced it. I don’t know what settings you play at but bump them down a notch while saving the blueprint and it should fix the problem. Then just turn your settings up when done.

If this (283760 m²) is the size of your enclosure, and you want to convert that to a blueprint, To me it doesn't sound strange your game crashes. I don't think it's the objects, but the terrain that appears to be having the biggest impact on saving/loading blueprints. And with such a big size to save, any computer would struggle I guess.

I'd suggest trying something that has a more reasonable size instead of such a big area.
Sounds like you want to blueprint half the map size.

On the subject of Frontier responding. Do you want them to response here? Because I suggest to contact them directly if you are absolutely positive it is a bug (which I personally think it's not).

I play on the PC with high graphics settings, but if I want to save the blueprint, I even set the graphics settings to low. An even worse setting is not possible. I even tried to save the kite over another game. I removed all items for almost an hour. I only left the paths.

Yes, the dragon is very big.
Actually, it shouldn't be that big, so I made a mistake.

I have already tried to divide the blueprint into three parts .. that did not work either. I cannot save two of the blueprints.

I sent Frontier an email and waited for an answer, only I would have been interested in how long others had to wait for an answer ... and so long I wanted to find out what other people had with blueprints.
As I noticed on the edge, there seem to be problems more often.

I already had problems with the head only, which was only built in half. (That was still on the laptop)
No matter what I did with the blueprint, but with another game I was able to create a functional blueprint of the head.

Clear. At this point I think it's definitely the size that is causing the issue, however, it would be nice to get a confirmation of that from Frontier of course.

Yes, exactly, I suspect that it is said that it will simply not be possible.
But of course do not hope that he is lost. I put a lot of effort into it.

Only he doesn't like the smaller parts and is .

It would then be interesting to know up to what size you can save.

Since I assumed that it is also possible to save an entire zoo, so that you could send these different areas to others, or you can always just use them as a new start card.

Hello @Chante Goodman,
I had already sent it.

Two emails, exactly to the address mentioned.

On 11.6.2020, "Help please Blueprint" and "Help Blueprint Number 2"

Because I inserted two different saves if one of the two saves is broken, or both. If there is a mistake at all and this blueprint is not just too big.

Now that I wanted to send the dragon puzzle (third savegame) and that is too big for my e-mails, I sent it via the dropbox.

I have added my email address.

Could you notify me if it worked?

Since I rarely give anything to others with the Dropbox and I'm never sure if it works.

The head and torso cannot be saved and Planet Zoo crashes every time.
With the Savegame dragon puzzle, Gehege 5 and Gehege 7.

The rear part goes and can also be created entirely. (Freshly tested) Not like the head a while ago.
But I no longer have any savegame.

There is only one enclosure in the other savegames.

That would be ideal if I only needed an enclosure to be able to move the Dragon.

Thanks for the help!

Love from
Gabi
