Blurred/Blocky Text in Cockpit

I hadn't played ED since before Odyssey came out. I'm just firing it up and am struggling to get the graphics looking smooth.

The environment looks as crisp as ever, but the HUD is horribly blurry/blocky:

I noticed that the game launched SteamVR when I started it and I've added /novr to startup.

I've googled and searched the forums, and tried a number of settings (updated drivers, turned various things on/off, varied anti-alias options etc.) but no joy.

I did see a suggestion (from 2021) to toggle FSR, but I can't find that in my settings.

Am I missing something obvious? (Using a Geforce 2060)

That'll be your FSR or CAS switched on.

Yep, turn off FSR.

Weird how the setting seems to always be referred to as FSR and not Upscaling.

Can't see a difference between Normal and CAS, but FSR was definitely horrible!
