I have been having this problem on my Xbox One where (though it is always random) a certain dinosaur will blur the skins on the other dinosaurs. I have also seen on Google that some people, who also own an Xbox One, have been having the same problem as me. For example, sometimes when I apply the T-rex 2022 skin, the scars aren't visible. It is also the same for the Giganotosaurus 2022 skin. It has been happening a little after the new DLC came out.
