boost sounds and option for left-handed

greetings,

the chieftain is really nice. congratulations, well done...

1. boost sound

to seperate or switch off the ship's awful, annoying boost sound from the other ship sounds, an option is need.
for people with tinitus issues, but also in general for extended journeys through the galaxy, all that remains is the choice to completely eliminate the loud, aggressive scratching sound together with the more important sounds.
what was your idea, dear programmer?
in order to demonstrate the strength of a ship, you do not have to underline it with this annoying morbid trapper.
especially the boost sound of the chieftain f.ex., also interferes enormously with chatting and makes aggressive. of headaches, which one can get, not to mention

amendment request and goodness: an option to create and use own ship sounds

2. cosmetic option for left-handed

what would you, dear programmer, think and feel, if you had to steer your ship crosswise with your left hand?
It not only looks really , but it disturbs tremendously. you want to be perfectionists, but I am very surprised that you never came up with the idea that a quarter of humanity consists of left-handed people. so it would be nice, if you would no longer ignore the left-hand pilots and, as a result, the ship's steering as well

thanks for reading

I'm one of the left handed pilots you are talking about but I don't find it strange flying with the current throttle stick arrangement. I've just got use to the fact it the way the world is (it's not like you can change the position of your car's gear stick) you either drive on the left or the right depending on what country you are in and the cars are layed out based on that. it's the same with aircrafts.

Anyways changing it in game won't get round the issue that they only make HOTAS not HOSAT.

+1

Yes please, have got used to it but it definitely feels weird in VR having the stick on the opposite side to my real setup. Just a simple Art dept fix.
