borderless window mode. freezes frame.

when I'm playing elite. if I'm move the window focus like clicking on discord, voice attack, eddiscovery or alt-tabbing. elite get stuck on single frame, but the game functions with a single frame displaying. anyone having this problem. running the latest amd drivers.

don't 19.12.2 radeon drivers. cause a single frame to freeze on screen. if you alt-tab or focus to another window. I had to downgrade to 19.12.1.
