CQC BOT MATCHES! Please.

This has been requested multiple times already but here's one more.
Please add bots!

Why?

There's no matches available...

And when there is, P2P system is causing enough lag to make it unplayable for those in different region...

if not bot matches then a bloody server list similar to .. i don't know.. counter strike?
Current system is very pathetic to be honest and the rank and permit for the CQC system is now unreachable to many because of it.

that's the bad stuff..

other than that, it is fun when the planets are aligned and the 9 witches are casting their spell, you actually find a match where everything works.
please don't let this game mode go down the drain. Give an option to fight CPU controlled ships and maybe more people can actually enjoy this.

I've just chimed in on another thread with something that I think is very relevant so I'm going to take the liberty of quoting myself...

I think with instant matchmaking, and unleashing Sarah Jane Avery to produce hard as nails bots with access to some of the CQC rank locked toys CQC could be a proper lively thing. Just imagine the dreaded 2.1 beta AI, take that as a starting point and make it nastier rather than nerf it like happened when 2.1 hit with everyone crying on the forum about how the NPC's were over powered and too hard. Heck give SJA sufficient freedom and CQC could be the "Dangerous" part of EliteANGEROUS. We could even get CQC offline mode for some mindless pew pew against only hard as nails bots.

CQC / Arena should be SJA's playground for AI opponents. Perfect them there, then release them into the game tweaked, tuned and ready to rumble.

CQC / Arena should also have an ability to import FDL / FAS / Conda / Vulture etc. types of combat for CMDR's to bring their PvP rigs into an arena. Imagine four PvP engineered FDL's going at it.

Absolutely agree, we need a PvM CQC (players verses MoM)

and add modes to it.
