Both sides call foul in CG

Weapons aren't too hard to find; there don't appear to be any single jump routes, though (or at least, not for my Type-7).

As for Summerland... well, yeah. I'm having that problem.

So Aisling's side are calling foul because Summerland is permit only and Arissa's side can't find the weapons.

I think it's awesome.

People are just lazy and expect everything to be handed to them. I'm an "Outsider" in the Empire. Sure, I plan on grinding my rank up at some point, but I've got no problems that I couldn't do the Summerland CG. I'm having a ton of "fun" hoarding all these weapons, though. In fact, the station that I'm pulling weapons from has over 30,000 in stock and one run is only a 10 minute round-trip. Weapons are around if you look for them.

People are just lazy? So you think it's acceptable for a "community goal" to disqualify a large part of that community because people didn't have the permits when there were plenty of other NON-permit requiring systems that could have been chosen for staging? That's certainly a unique usage of the word.

Of course this is acceptable. This was a community goal for people who are loyal to the empire. Even more people will be disqualified for certain goals when PP launches. Better get used to it.

I think it's perfectly acceptable, in fact I think that the in game options available to you should have game consequences. Those that supported the Empire from the outset may well have the permit required whilst those who chose something else may not. That sounds great to me!

There might even come a time (PP 1.3?) that you're forced to pick a side and align yourself with one major faction instead of all 3. In that instance will you still be screaming foul if a CG springs up for the Feds and you're Empire ?

(BTW - down with the Empire .. spineless dogs :D)

Most permits were worthless until now. If CGs start making use of them, then that can only be a good thing.

Went to summerland lastnight.... no CG went to persephone or what ever its called CG was there. The non leathals are a pain im currently having to fly 40ly out to gind a good stock. In my python empty with 19ly jump range its not bad going empty. But once im full 228t drops me to 13ly and about 5 jumps back its getting frustrating. Even outposts are empty most of the time.

Anyone knoe why i couldn't see the cg in summerland?

Whiners gonna whine. I just chose not to participate, 'cause trading's really just not my thing. <3 Arissa, though. Looking forward to Power Play. Except also not because it's a bit easy to shrug off CGs for exploration (four hundred billion star systems, how can you guys just sit in the same, like <one hundred!). Less so for Power Play, I expect. Why can't I be in two places at once, WHY?!

I think this is a good point. I also like the idea that CGs might be faction locked. Hoping for a lot more of this when powerplay comes out, especially if the penalty for betraying a power is enough to make people think twice before power hopping.
