Newcomer / Intro Bought 25 e-breaches in sun to then paid off bounties and fines before leaving; now I have 400k in fines for having the breaches.

I bought them from this station, "Chomsky Terminal". I then came back to my ship, preparing to take off. Noticed I has anon access, paid off various 80k 40k 20k fines from the trial and error of learning this game then relogged to main menu to let that update my UI so that my anon access would be removed. Only it wasn't.

Now I have two 200k fines, one from sun tu feds and another from LH295 universal: all because of the e-breaches I just purchased and not physically LEFT the station yet, with.

How did I get these fines and how do I avoid them in the future? BTW, this is the only illegal stuff I am currently in possession of.

Pretty sure you don't get fined for having e-breaches. You get attacked if you are carrying them on your person on a planet. The spaceship game doesn't even know they exist.

nevermind, it was because I took support missions and then took a nap afterwards, not finishing them.

Spaceship missions are about 24 hours aren't they? Seems inconsistent to have the on-foot ones a quarter of that.

But who am I? I'm sure there's some logic there somewhere.
