My partner has bought this through the Frontier store intending it to be a birthday gift for me . She couldn't see any way to buy it as a gift for someone at the time but bought it anyway thinking there would be a way to gift it to me afterwards. The problem now is she cant see any way to gift it to me through her account. Surely there must be a way to do this. Can anyone help please?

Open a support ticket? they're usually pretty responsive, maybe include any invoices as attachments to speed it up.
