Bought Game in 2018 - Unable to Login

Hello. I purchased Elite Dangerous in February of 2018. I just installed it a couple of days ago, but I am unable to login. I researched the issue a bit and it appears that I need to redeem my Steam key with Frontier, but I cannot find a place to do that. When I start the game on Steam the first thing that pops up is my product key, so I have that available; I simply can't find a place to enter it on Frontier's site to do the redemption.

Can anyone offer guidance here? Thank you.

as mentioned the way the game was handled (procuct keys) changed
the way the game(productkeys) works changed but you can still imput that it seems on the store my products page🤷‍♂️
ensure same old email adress used to create account when ist purchased

This works fine I would assume as long as you can still login to the Frontier Store. I am having an issue where I am an original backer from 2013 but while I can still login (obvciously) here to the forums, my credentials are no longer accepted on the Frontier Store so I can't login to retrieve my old account or keys. I was able to do that a few years ago when I migrated over to playing ED via the Oculus, but now when I launch the game, I am prompted to relink to my Frontier Store account, which as I said above, I can no longer do. I did submit a ticket so hopefully support can assist as I really want get back into ED, but would hate to lose all my progress as my commander had considerasble in-game credits and ships/equipment accumulated. All of this is made somewhat more complex as while I have a saved archive of the old email account associated with both this forum account and the Frontier Store, the account itself is no longer valid so any "recover password" type actions will not work. My hope is that support can update my store and forum account to a new email address. When I tried to do that manually for the forum I am given an error. Apparently, although I can still login here with my old credentiuals, I can't change them.

thats the part of the puzzle only support can help you with via a ticket
mine have always been recognized & accepted since 2013🤷‍♂️ the only way they would not work i know of is if i made a mistake when re entering them and that has bascally been true since i first used a pc.........
people a far more likely to make a mistake than a computer period

I'm happy to report that I was able to get it working. I had gone to the "Product Access Key" section STRONTIUM DOG showed, but could not get my address information to save; the button did nothing. Some combination of (a) changing browsers from Brave to Chrome and (b) manually inputting all my information rather than allowing the auto-populator to do it finally got my information to save. Once my address info was saved, I was able to put in the product key from Steam. That registered a "purchase" in Frontier's system and allowed me to access the game.

Just finished the tutorial, looking forward to doing more! Thanks for the help.
