Newcomer / Intro Bought ships - Where are They?

Well over a year ago I bought special packages that contained ships and other things. I can recall being able to see those ships on a website in my hanger. I can no longer find anyplace on the ED website to see those ships that I had bought. One ship at $250 was very costly and I can see nowhere that it exists on my account. How do I see what ships I own and how do I get access to them in the game? Thanks

I believe that when you start a new save you are given a choice between different start options which contain the backer ships. They don't just appear in your hanger.
