Ships Bought the Panther Clipper but can't find it in game

Hi,

I bought the ship - bought some ARX, then used them to buy the ship. I can't really find anywhere that shows any kind of order / transaction history but going by the current ARX level, I bought some, then I had some, then I bought the ship, then I didn't have as many, so I assume it all went through.

But I can't find it in the shipyard - either in the ships to buy, or in the list of ships I own.

Is there something else I need to do?

OK... so it seems to have let me buy these ARX against the account I created years ago for this forum, which at the time I'm pretty sure I also used to log in to the game. But I now use Steam to log in.

So it's let me buy ARX and a ship against a forum account - one that's not associated with an Elite licence?

Try logging in to https://www.frontierstore.net with your old credentials - you should be able to download the launcher from there in "My Downloadable Products" to get access to the game account associated with the store account.

Thanks - yeah but there was only one game account, I have a launcher for it and it launches from Steam now. There can't be an actual Elite licence associated with the forum login I was using, and if there is, it's there by some freak of nature and is dormant. The forum login uses my real name, not my commander name. Also my in-game Arx (which have just accrued through gamplay) did not match up to the Arx I was being shown on the 'account' part of the store pages, after I'd bought around 25k and spent around 19k on the ship.

I logged out and logged back in using the Steam associated account, bought the Arx again and bought the ship again. This time it's shown up straight away. Now on the store pages, it shows my commander name, not my real name.

I have order numbers, I'll put a polite support request in and see if I can get a refund on the original purchase.
